Today's piece, again, is one of my personal favourite, "Battle Scene II", from Final Fantasy II!


"Battle Scene 2" (戦闘シーン２ Sentō Shīn 2) is the major boss battle theme of Final Fantasy II, being reduced to only the Final Boss Theme heard when fighting the Hell Emperor and later, the Light Emperor, on versions after the PlayStation remake. Since its original appearance, "Battle Scene 2" has been arranged various times and included in several arrangement albums. "Battle Scene B", a boss battle theme present in Final Fantasy II remakes after the MSX version, is an arrangement of this track.
